Hagumori Privacy Policy
Hagumori (はぐもり) is a community app for moms and families that we are getting ready to launch. Before launch, you can join its waitlist at hagumori.mksp.tokyo. This policy covers that website and waitlist. The short version: we ask for your email address, use it only to tell you about Hagumori's launch and early testing, and never sell it or use it for ads. We will publish a full policy for the app before it launches.
1. What we collect
- Your email address, which you type into the waitlist form.
- Your child's age range, if you choose one (for example "4–18 months"). It is optional. We don't ask for your child's name, birthday or any other detail.
- Details about the sign-up: the language of the page you used (Japanese or English), which form on the page you used, the date and time you signed up, and the country your connection comes from, worked out from your IP address. We don't store the IP address itself.
The website does not use cookies, advertising, analytics or tracking tools.
2. Why we use it
- To email you about Hagumori's launch and to invite you to try it early.
- To understand, in total, how many people are waiting and how old their children are, so we build the right things first (for example, which age groups need a room on day one).
We will not send you advertising emails, and we will not use your email address for any other service.
3. Who sees it
Only the people at 株式会社MKSP who run Hagumori. We do not sell personal information, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers. If we partner with experts to run Hagumori (such as sleep consultants), we may share totals with them (for example, the number of people waiting), but not your email address.
4. Service providers and where data goes
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States) hosts the website and stores the waitlist on our behalf. Like any website host, it receives your IP address and basic request information when you open the site. Waitlist data may be stored in Cloudflare data centers outside Japan.
- Google LLC (United States) provides the website's fonts (Google Fonts). When the page loads, your browser asks Google for the fonts, so Google receives your IP address and basic request information.
- Email: when we send launch emails, we will use an email delivery service. We will name it in this policy before the first email is sent.
Because the United States does not have a comprehensive federal privacy law equivalent to Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information, we tell you here that the information described above is transferred to the United States. Each provider processes it under its own privacy policy and security measures.
5. Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your sign-up until you ask us to remove it, or until we no longer need the waitlist, and at most two years after you sign up. Every email we send will have a link to unsubscribe, and unsubscribing removes you from the waitlist. You can also email us at any time to see, correct or delete your information.
All connections to the website are encrypted (HTTPS), and only the Hagumori team can read the waitlist.
6. Children
The waitlist is for parents and adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. The optional age range is about your child, given by you, and does not identify them.
7. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the effective date. Before the Hagumori app launches, we will publish a full privacy policy for the app.

はぐもり プライバシーポリシー
はぐもりは、公開に向けて準備中の、ママと家族のためのコミュニティアプリです。公開前は、hagumori.mksp.tokyoで先行登録を受け付けています。株式会社MKSP（以下「当社」）は、このウェブサイトと先行登録における情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。お預かりするのはメールアドレスで、はぐもりの公開とテスト参加のご案内のためだけに使い、販売や広告に利用することはありません。アプリについては、公開前に改めてプライバシーポリシーを公表します。
1. 取得する情報
- メールアドレス：先行登録のフォームに入力されたもの。
- お子さんの月齢の区分（選んだ場合のみ）：「4〜18か月」などの区分です。入力は任意です。お子さんのお名前、誕生日、そのほかの情報はお聞きしません。
- 登録に関する情報：使用したページの言語（日本語・英語）、ページ内のどのフォームから登録したか、登録日時、IPアドレスから判定した接続元の国。IPアドレスそのものは保存しません。
このウェブサイトは、Cookie、広告、分析、トラッキングのツールを使用しません。
2. 利用目的
- はぐもりの公開をメールでお知らせし、先行テストにご招待するため。
- 登録者の人数やお子さんの月齢の分布を全体として把握し、必要な機能から順に用意するため（たとえば、公開時にどの月齢のルームが必要か）。
広告メールをお送りしたり、ほかのサービスにメールアドレスを利用したりすることはありません。
3. 情報を見る人
はぐもりを運営する当社の担当者のみです。当社は、個人情報を販売したり、広告目的で利用したり、データブローカーに提供したりすることはありません。はぐもりを専門家（睡眠コンサルタントなど）と共同で運営する場合、登録者数などの集計を共有することはありますが、メールアドレスを共有することはありません。
4. 委託先と外国にある第三者への提供
- Cloudflare, Inc.（米国）が、当社のためにウェブサイトを配信し、先行登録の情報を保存します。一般的なウェブサイトと同様に、アクセス時にIPアドレスと基本的な通信情報を受け取ります。先行登録の情報は、日本国外のCloudflareのデータセンターに保存されることがあります。
- Google LLC（米国）が、ウェブサイトのフォント（Google Fonts）を提供します。ページを開くとブラウザがGoogleにフォントを取りに行くため、GoogleはIPアドレスと基本的な通信情報を受け取ります。
- メール：公開のお知らせを送る際は、メール配信サービスを利用します。最初のメールをお送りする前に、本ポリシーでその名称をお知らせします。
米国には日本の個人情報保護法に相当する包括的な連邦法がありません。このため、上記の情報が米国に移転されることをここでお知らせします。各社は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーとセキュリティ対策に基づいて処理します。
5. 保存期間と削除
登録の情報は、削除のご依頼があるまで、または先行登録が不要になるまで保存し、登録から最長2年で削除します。当社からのメールにはすべて配信停止のリンクを記載し、配信を停止すると先行登録からも削除されます。情報の開示・訂正・削除は、いつでもメールでご依頼いただけます。
ウェブサイトへの通信はすべて暗号化（HTTPS）され、先行登録の情報を読めるのは、はぐもりの担当者のみです。
6. お子さまの情報について
先行登録は、保護者の方と大人の方を対象としています。お子さまを対象としておらず、お子さまから情報を故意に収集することはありません。任意でお選びいただく月齢の区分は、保護者の方が入力するもので、お子さまを特定するものではありません。
7. 本ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーを変更する場合は、このページに新しい内容と施行日を掲載します。はぐもりのアプリを公開する前に、アプリのプライバシーポリシーを公表します。
